1 Based on effective RCPA prepare the Doctors list
2 Frequency of visits to the selected doctor should be planned in advance.
3 Sequence the products to be promoted in order of focus to get the desired prescriptions.
4 Detailing need to be practiced.detailed effectively as per the situational need resulting in prescriptions.
5 All promotional inputs including samples area to be utilized to achieve the top of mind brand recall by the doctor to enhance the prescription flow.
6 Joint field work should be oriented towards increasing the number of prescribes and increase in the per capital prescriptions
7 Implementation of strategy should be 100%
